
I’ve recently tried incorporating a daily walk into my routine, but the commitment has been sporadic, to say the least. Some weeks I do really well, others I only take a walk two or three of the seven days. I need to be disciplined about the whole thing, but it’s really hard when I just want to spend my time indoors doing nerdy things like reading or writing or playing video games. Sunlight? Fresh air? Blergh. But on a more serious note, yes, it would help with my general health (not to mention my pesky, preexisting health conditions), so I really should be a mature adult about it and just do it. Fingers-crossed.
